Spirituality Group Meeting At The LOFT The third Sunday of each month from 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. The Society of Novus Spiritus Study Group of Irvington, NY will be holding its monthly meetings at The LOFT. The group is relocating in order to open their meetings to their LGBT family. The group’s goal is to provide a forum for spiritual exploration, discussion and definition. They believe that these spiritual discussions help to crystallize thoughts and ideas; to more fully understand God, life, and the reason for being; to learn to love more; and to make the journey through life easier and more joyful. The monthly discussions will be based upon the spiritual talks and guided meditations presented on CDs from the Society of Novus Spiritus (www.novus.org). The Novus Spiritus is a fully and openly LGBT accepting. It believes that we all have the divine spark of God within us. That being true, no one can become a Novus Spiritus minister unless they are completely LGBT accepting. Novus does not seek to recruit anyone. What personally rings true for you, you can incorporate into your own personal spiritual belief system and what doesn’t, you can simply leave behind. The meetings will be held every 3rd Sunday of the month from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the LOFT. Cost-free, but donations are accepted to cover our room rental fee.
