Please welcome Anna Wyganowska from the Westchester County Traffic Safety Office for a discussion of

The Older and Wiser Driver

Every 12 minutes someone dies in a car crash in the United States and every 10 seconds an injury occurs. Most crashes occur because of driver error. Driver behavior can be changed though education. The goal of this program is to educate the public on traffic safety issues and to promote safe driving, riding and walking behaviors in order to reduce injuries, fatalities, and crashes.

Lunch begins at 11:30 a.m.          Workshop begins at 12:00 noon.

This program is made possible by grants from the Westchester County Department of Senior Programs and Services, New York State Department of Health, New York State Office for Aging, and the United States Department of Health and Human Services
